This Privacy Policy describes how Aguilar Technologies Inc. ("Axii", "we", "us") handles personal information when you visit axii.ai, interact with our marketing pages, submit a request for access, or participate in an early access program or product pilot. It covers the public website and early product workflows, and it may be updated as Axii moves from request-only access into broader product availability.
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, job title, company, industry, team size, solution interests, and the use case you describe in the request-access form. We also receive ordinary technical information when you use the site, such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, and language preference. If you later participate in a product pilot, we may process draft text, documents, audience settings, workspace metadata, and related content that you or your organization choose to submit.
We use information to respond to access requests, evaluate fit for Axii, operate and secure the website and product, improve product quality, communicate with you about Axii, and comply with legal obligations. Customer-submitted drafts and related content are used to provide the requested analysis and support the product workflow; we do not use that content to build unrelated consumer profiles.
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run the site and product, including Formspree for request-access form submissions, hosting and infrastructure providers, security tools, email or CRM tools, and, where needed for product analysis, AI or model providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us or where otherwise permitted by law.
The current site uses a first-party "axii-locale" cookie to remember your language preference for up to one year. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or other tracking technologies later, we will update this policy or present a consent flow where required.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain a business relationship, operate and secure Axii, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it unless a longer retention period is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business records.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health records, through the request-access form.
Depending on where you live and how you interact with Axii, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Axii is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your location. If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above.
