This policy defines responsible, transparent, and lawful boundaries for using Axii modeled audience outputs and AI-assisted workflows.

Last Updated: May 31, 2026

01

Scope and application

This policy governs all interactions with Axii technology, including website access, request-access processes, pilot programs, early access initiatives, workflow integrations, model outputs generated through Aguilar Technologies Inc. systems, and any other use of Axii. Users must comply with these terms across all interfaces, whether accessing through web portals, API connections, direct platform interactions, or any experimental or production environments where Axii technologies are deployed.

02

Output characterization and limitations

Axii model outputs are probabilistic analytical tools intended for strategic insight and should never be interpreted as definitive factual statements, polling data, survey data, market research, legal advice, compliance guidance, or authoritative representations about individuals or groups. All outputs require human review, independent verification, and contextual interpretation. Users assume full responsibility for how they apply or represent these probabilistic models.

03

Deceptive and unlawful use

Axii strictly prohibits any use of our platform that involves fraud, scams, fake reviews, deceptive endorsements, misleading testimonials, deceptive AI claims, impersonation, misleading synthetic media, deepfakes, voter suppression, unlawful campaign activity, illegal targeting, harassment, intimidation, or systematic rights violations. Users engaging in such activities may have access terminated and may face legal consequences for malicious actions that undermine individual rights, democratic processes, or cause intentional harm to persons or communities.

04

Sensitive categories and targeting

Axii expressly forbids using its technologies to generate, analyze, or target content involving sensitive personal characteristics including race, ethnicity, religion, health status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, citizenship or immigration status, precise location data, financial hardship indicators, information about minors, protected class status, or attempting to re-identify private individuals through modeled or audience-level outputs.

05

Consequential decision limitations

Axii technologies cannot be utilized as the sole basis for making consequential decisions affecting individual rights or opportunities, specifically including employment screening, credit assessments, housing applications, educational admissions, healthcare determinations, insurance evaluations, legal proceedings, public benefits allocation, immigration decisions, law enforcement actions, or voting eligibility assessments. Any regulated or high-impact use requires qualified human review, independent compliance review, and accountability processes outside Axii.

06

Transparency and disclosure

When using Axii-generated or Axii-assisted content, users must provide legally required disclosures indicating AI involvement. Users may not imply that Axii has verified, endorsed, or validated final content. All synthetic or AI-generated materials must be clearly labeled where required to maintain transparency and prevent misrepresentation.

07

System, data, and model integrity

Axii prohibits attempts to introduce malware, harmful code, credential sharing, bypassing access limits, security probing, scraping, data harvesting, prompt injection, exfiltration, accessing data belonging to another user, reverse engineering, model extraction, unauthorized benchmarks, or handling regulated or highly sensitive data without explicit written approval. Any detected violation may result in account suspension and appropriate action to protect our systems, intellectual property, and user privacy.

08

Enforcement and reporting

Axii reserves the right to investigate potential policy violations, review use for safety, security, legal compliance, and product integrity, suspend or terminate user access, require remediation, remove content, refuse specific use cases, and report unlawful activity where appropriate. Suspected policy breaches should be reported to privacy@axii.ai.
